Design Built Into the Build
Interior design is not a service we bolt on at the end. It starts at the first plan meeting, sits alongside the framing schedule, and follows the home all the way to final styling — so what you imagined and what gets built are the same house.
Your designer stays with the project from start to finish, coordinating with the construction team so selections arrive on time and get installed the way they were drawn.
Your Dedicated Designer
Each client works with one designer through the whole project — concept boards, scaled technical drawings, vendor appointments, on-site walk-throughs, and quality checks. When the full interiors package is used, we can also handle furniture layouts, selections, and final staging.

Materials, palettes, and mood set early so the whole home reads as one idea.
Scaled Drawings
Kitchen, bath, and built-in elevations drawn to scale before a single cabinet is ordered.
Vendor Meetings
We attend selections appointments with you — tile, plumbing, lighting, and appliances.
On-Site Walk-Throughs
Design checks at framing, drywall, and trim so the drawings match what gets built.
Lighting & Fixtures
